Fernando Quintero (young Alex & young Max) is making his short film debut in Explorandum. Fernando is a 12-year-old middle school student who loves the arts, fashion and skateboarding. From an early age, Fernando showed his talent as an actor and attended Broadway Summer Camps in South Florida. Fernando was casted as Aladdin in the Children Disney Musical “Aladdin” at his fifth grade end of school year show. He is a music aficionado with a penchant for Jazz and Blues. He plays guitar and aspires to one day attend Berklee College of Music and become a professional musician.
